Duncan Blair joined the firm in 1999 and represents clients in land use matters within the jurisdiction of the City of Alexandria. His practice includes representation of national clients and also local builders and developers. He was a director of the Alexandria Chamber of Commerce and received the Board Member of the Year award for two consecutive years. He participated on municipal task forces for the City of Alexandria in regard to business development, regulations pertaining to signs and the future of Landmark Mall. Duncan has also served St. Paul’s Episcopal Church on the building committee and by chairing fundraising efforts for building restoration and conservation.
