Wesley Housing and Fairlington Presbyterian Church

Land, Carroll & Blair, PC congratulates Wesley Housing and Fairlington Presbyterian Church for receiving approval in November 2018 from the Alexandria City Council for the redevelopment project.

The project redevelops an underutilized parking lot into 75-81 units of high-quality, affordable rental housing.  Attorney Duncan W. Blair was land use counsel for the Wesley Housing Development Center on this project.  He collaborated with Wesley Housing, Fairlington Presbyterian Church and the community to review presentations of concepts, to hear and address concerns at community table talks and meetings and Alexandria City Council hearings.
