Land, Carroll & Blair, PC congratulates AHC, Inc. on winning two prestigious regional awards.  Attorney Duncan W. Blair was land use counsel for the AHC Inc. on this project.

In November, the property was named the Best Affordable Housing Development at the 2018 Virginia’s Governor’s Housing Conference.  The award goes to a housing development that is “innovative in its concept and design and exceptional in meeting the needs of the targeted client population.”

Earlier this fall, St. James Plaza was awarded the 2018 Excellence in Construction Award by the Metro Washington and Virginia Chapters of Associated Builders and Contractors.  Many thanks to the wonderful team who created the building – Cunningham | Quill Architects and Harkins Builders.
